The Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (“GLA ALA”) strives to provide continuing education offerings that are as diverse as the members of our organization.
In addition to the monthly GLA ALA Chapter meetings, we have a number of sections that meeting regularly to fulfill special needs of our members based topics, geography and composition of the company. These sections are:

Finance
Information Technology
CLMSM Study Program
Small Firm
Multi-Office
Government/Corporate
San Fernando Valley
Santa Barbara/Ventura County
Riverside/San Bernardino
Members can also join these sections and participate in the list serve email blast option to pose questions to other members. This year, we began a lending library service that is free to all members.
Additionally, GLA ALA organizes an annual half-day Employment Law Seminar, and Managing Partner events. Many of our meetings are approved for CLM study and recertification credits; some of our events were approved for MCLE credit for California attorneys.
GLA ALA also provides information and promotes attendance at all ALA, Regional and Special Conferences:
