Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a rapidly growing AmLaw200 firm, seeks an Office Administrator for its growing Century City location. The position will start at 30 hours a week and may grow into full-time. The Office Administrator will work with the firm’s senior management and the managing partner in the Century City office. The position will also work closely with the other managers located in Santa Barbara, California. Primary responsibilities cover the management of the daily operational requirements of the Century City office. Examples include supervision of administrative and legal support staff; workflow coordination; staff recruiting; responding to subtenant needs; space planning; security requirements; and library management. |
| Required Skills: |
Hands-on professional with at least 5 years experience within a similar position and/or environment; excellent communication and writing skills; highly organized with attention to detail. |
| Required Education: |
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience. |
