The position involves hands-on management of all aspects of the firm's finances, human resources and office operations. The position reports directly to the managing and senior partner, and includes collaboration with business strategy development. | Required Skills: |
Must possess hands-on experience with all financial aspects of running a law firm, including accounting; business forecasting; budgeting; AR; AP; collections, partnership profit calculations, bank reconciliations, etc. Must be able to identify and analyze complex issues and problems and propose and implement solutions. Successful candidates will be able to manage time efficiently, establish priorities and organize efforts to keep business running smoothly while partners are out of the office. Responsible for supervising and collaborating with staff to address client needs and delegate and supervise tasks and projects as needed. |
| Required Education: |
AA or BA in business, management or finance desired. Hands on experience in the financial management of a law firm is critical. The firm currently is using the following systems: Abacus, Tabs, Wordperfect, Word, and Excel. |
